Dip!

Taking after her favorite Cousin Charlie, Caroline has discovered and is now obsessed with dip!

Last week, I was minding my own business, eating some CFA fries and ketchup when I felt a pair of eyes on me. Caroline was staring at what I was doing, so I dipped a fry in the ketchup for her, and since then we've been dipping like crazy! We put dip on our French fries, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, hot dogs, and yes friends even Mac and Cheese. Oh!, and dare I forget the always tasty eating ketchup with just out fingers and fork. Gross! For someone who's been struggling with morning sickness, it's been hard to watch, but you gotta do what you gotta do!

I know you're all dying to see these scrumptious pictures of Caroline eating her dip, so here they are!

This stuff is good!

Dip with the fork!

This is my favorite because She stopped dipping to say "Cheese!"

Caroline's Got a J-O-B!

Well not technically, and she definitely won't be paid for it, but in April Caroline's new title will be "Big Sister!"

That's right, we're expecting again! We've known for about 8 weeks, but I wanted to make it through the first trimester before we announced it to everyone. I had my second US today and everything still looks great! Baby P has hands and feet now, a cute button nose, and seemed just about as stubborn has his/her sister! The poor nurse kept trying to take measurements, but no amount of coughing and laughing could get the baby to cooperate. Hmmmm...do we have our hands full already?

We find out the results for all the genetic disorders next week, so please pray this baby is as perfect as Caroline! And in 6 weeks we find out the gender! That's when the real fun begins! I know I'll be getting for Christmas! However, I did see this test at Target that I had to pick up.

It claims it can predict the gender. We'll see how that compares because you know I had to get it! Stay tuned for results!!

Have a great day!

Bu-bbles?

Despite the Dawgs losing two weeks in a row, life has gone on in the Parker home. In fact, we are amusing ourselves with lots and lots and lots of bubbles these days! Bubbles is Caroline's new word, except she breaks it into syllables and says it more like a question with an inflection at the end. So it's more like, "Bu-bbles?!" Regardless, it's cute as pie {just like her outfit}! She could play with bubbles for hours, unfortunately the batteries either die or we run out of bubble solution!

Soooo excited!

She's saying her another favorite saying, "Oh Boy!"

"Cheese!"

"Cheese!" While moving towards the camera.

See ya!

In other news, she's got a cold. Yuck! First of the season, but thanks to the tubes we shouldn't have to worry about ear infections this year. I just hope it goes away before we leave for Aspen/Denver next week! I hate traveling with a sick baby!

Say Cheese!

We all know that Caroline can say "Cheese," considering it's her favorite food, but she's just now started saying it when we take a picture {attempt I should say} of her. She started this a couple of weeks ago on. her. own.! Seriously! I went to take a picture and she said, "Cheese!" I was impressed to say the least and thought it was hilarious! If this doesn't prove that kids hear everything, I don't know what does. We'll be watching what we say from now on, just to make sure she doesn't hear/pick up on any other words that may slip out!

So anyway, I was trying to snap a few shots of my cutie, but all she wanted to do was run up to the camera and say cheese. Forgive the lack of focus in these shots. When an 18 month old starts charging at you, the camera goes nuts!

Hope you get a laugh from these, I sure did!

I had a balloon to use for distraction!

She's loving the balloon!

There's my Sweet Girl! Again...if only she weren't running it would be in focus!

It's Time to Tee it Up Between the Hedges!

I'm so excited it's finally football season! Fall is my favorite time of the year, once the weather cools down, that is. I love seeing the leaves change color, the fall holidays, pulling out my sweaters, and of course watching some Georgia Football!

We had a blast over in Athens for our first football weekend of the year! Lots of time relaxing with family and eating GREAT food! I can't wait for the next time we venture 60 miles East!

Although Caroline didn't attend the game, she was there in spirit, and surely the best dressed kid in town, thanks to Brownie Goose!

Daddy's Girl in her Red and Black!

Hamming it up for the camera!

Miss Priss with her Ritz Crackers!

"Caroline, make a funny face!" I think I've taught her a bad habit.
The funny face wasn't meant for every picture!

This isn't a funny face, but the look we get when it's time to go inside.

The highlight of the weekend though was seeing Daniel's cousin, Parker, run out between the hedges in his Red and Black! What fun it was to see him warming up beside Aaron Murray and Hudson Mason! With any luck {or not so good luck for the other QBs}, we may actually see Parker take a few snaps! He's headed to Columbia with the team this weekend, and we'll be looking for him in TV! Good luck Parker, we're so proud of you!

The Arch

No. 2: Parker Welch!

Here he is again, a bit closer.

And once more posing for the camera, right before Coach Richt walked by him!

My Sweet

How adorable is this?

Hilton Head Part 3

Here are the last of our beach shots! We had so much fun, and I wish I were back there now!

This face cracks me up! If you saw the video I posted earlier in the week, you can hear what she's saying as she is making this face. It's hysterical!

Hello fans!! She literally waved to everyone she saw!

Gross, lion's hair! My hair is so frizzy looking, stupid humidity.

We got one of her smiling, but her hand's in her mouth!

Looking at the ish, boats, and birds

No, those aren't mosquito bites, her skin was a little dry for the sun and wind!

We're headed to Athens for the weekend, yep it's football season again! I'm ready for the fall and cooler weather, in fact, I can't wait for it! Daniel's cousin, Parker, is not only a Georgia Bulldog this year, he's also on the football team! I hope to take a few sideline shots of him, and will be sure to post them!

Have a wonderful and safe weekend!

Hilton Head Part 2

I told you I'd be good and post again today! Shocker, right?

She's sitting in her "pool" Daniel made for her! She just sat and people watched all morning!

Trying to give me her sand

Her pigtails make me smile!

Looking for the -ish {fish}!

If this face doesn't say trouble, I don't know what does!
I think I may use this for her 12/18 month shot since I never got around to doing them!

This is also a contender for the 12/18 month shot

Chill-axing!

Of course she had to pick up the shells and play in them

I've got one more set for you tomorrow! Get excited! 3 posts in 3 days!
