I'm ready for some peace and quiet around here! It's been extra crazy here for 2 weeks now! Between TWO falls {both involving her head}, fevers, a cold that wouldn't go away, hives, AND a trip to Scottish Rite at 1am in the morning, I don't know up from down! PLUS, Willow House finally launched this week -- woo hoo -- but it has added even more craziness to my week! Crazy's good though, right?!

You may be asking me to back up and tell you about the hives, her second fall, and the ER though. Here goes...When Daniel and I were on our way to pick Caroline up from Wamba Land, Caroline tripped and fell into the door, hitting her head on the corner of the door. Which meant she had a nice knot to match the one in the back! Luckily, no stitches. We're feeling like all is better, when at 1130pm rolls around and she wakes up SCREAMING!! I mean, blood curdling. We go in there to see hives ALL over her neck and back. So I quickly call the nurse who instructs up to give her Benadryl and watch her to make sure they A. Don't get worse and B. Her throat doesn't start to close. Off Daniel goes (at 12am) to find a 24 hour pharmacy that carries Calamine lotion. Low and behold there is not one single 24 hour pharmacy in all of Dunwoody, not one! So as he tells me he's coming home, I look over and see that Caroline has pulled up her shirt and is rubbing her tummy on the cold wood floor. She's now got them everywhere. I mean arms, legs, feet, tummy, neck, forhead, back, butt. EVERYWHERE. So I make the executive decision that we're going in to the ER. I'll make the rest quick -- she gets checked out, all is fine, and since we've already given her meds, they can't do anymore. We're told to just watch her and then are sent home. We're back in bed by 2am with the sleepiest baby ever. The hives stuck around for a few more days, and what started out looking like a food allergy, we think was actually just a virus. She has no fever, hives, or runny nose anymore! Hooray! But what a week this poor baby has had! Let me mention though that Scottish Rite has the nicest nurses, doctors, and facilities I've ever experienced at a hospital. They have complimentary Valet, Centers for kids to play at in the waiting room along with a flat screen, and then there's closed circuit TV so all rooms have the same shows on! It was nice! :)

Playgroup from 2 weeks ago:

Betsy and Brooks so graciously opened their homes to this group of little monsters, despite Betsy being 38 weeks preggo! We played with Brooks' bus which was a huge hit, and then hit the pool! Thanks Bagwells, we had a blast!
