I Love to Eat!
Here are our most recent pictures from our adventures in eating! As you can see, she doesn't lose much...most of it makes it to her mouth and stays there! And no, she doesn't feed her self, I just gave her the spoon to let her get every last drop of food!

The Past Week
We have been so busy this past week! We began moving into our house last Monday, by began I mean we met the movers to get our stuff in, and have started unpacking! Most all of the boxes are empty, but things sure do move a whole lot slower with a baby in the picture! By this time in our 3 other houses, I'd have curtains and pictures hung! Our renovations have also come to a screeching halt...the painters can't finish our cabinets, the deck guy can't come fix the deck, and everyone else just can't move around the city until the rain stops! It'll eventually get done though, so no worries! With painting still happening, we've just decided not to officially move in with Caroline until its completely finished. She can't be around all the fumes, so Daniel and I have just been using this time to get everything organized and in place so when we do move in, it'll be an easy transition! We are just so thankful for Cappy. I can't imagine how hard this move would've been without all of her help, which mainly includes letting us move in! Its so nice to have lots of family around again! I will have pictures up of before and after shots once the cabinets are finished...you won't believe the difference! Our realtor came over today and couldn't get over how much better everything looked with the new paint, floors, and cabinets (minus doors)! So besides all the moving, Miss Caroline is continuing to grow and change everyday! She now has two teeth, which I tried to take a picture of and will post at the bottom. Her sleeping is still pretty consistent. We have our bad nights like everyone, but she's such a good baby that I can't complain! She wants to sit up so badly, and holds her neck up when laying down as if she can will her body to sit up. She's also LOVING solid foods...a little too much I think! She's bored with the bottle, which I don't like, but that's just one more thing to bring up to the doctor when we go next month! So far she's eaten Peas, Green Beans, Squash, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Bananas, Applesauce, Pears, and Peaches! She LOVES peas and peaches! She thinks applesauce is tart (or so I can gather from the silly faces she makes when eating them) and bananas have a strange consistency. I've tried to puree them, but haven't gotten it down to a science yet. We'll get there though! We've also been hard at work cheering on the Dawgs, which these days takes all of our energy! Without further ado...here are the latest pictures!

Can you see my two teeth?

You have to look hard!

I love this shot!

I've taught her this...this is how she says I Love You! So cute, right?!

Enough, Mom!

I think this is hilarious, its a pig attached to a paci! Katie (Koby) Lichty gave her this!

In her new Gameday dress!

One of the few family pics we have...we found that bow as I was packing things up. It's a little small but it worked.

Guess Who's 5 Months Old Today!
We had a rough night with cutting tooth #2 and non-stop rolling over in our crib, but we're all smiles today! Our monthly photo shoot is getting harder and harder! She doesn't want to sit still and the 5 month poster was just too enticing to her...she had to grab it! It never had a chance! As you can see we go from good to bad, quickly!

Off to a good start!

Gimme that paper!

And...we're done!

New Happenings
Things have been busy! We close this Thursday on our house, so I've been running around like a maniac trying to get everything ready! Between calling all the utilities, picking out paints, and coordinating our movers with some work being done at the house, the days have gotten away from me! Caroline has also been busy! She is now turning over constantly! I put her down in her crib and she loves to quickly turn over and fuss to have me come help her! She is also scooting on her back to get to where she wants to go. I put her on her play mat the other day, walked into the kitchen and when I came back she was not only off the mat, but 5 feet from where I last saw her! She digs her heels into the floor, arches her back, and pushes off! Its so funny! She is also eating veggies! She hasn't found one she doesn't like! So far we've had peas, carrots, and squash! Sleeping thru the night is going great! She is able to put her paci in her mouth now, so if she wakes up, she finds it and goes right back to sleep. This has been HUGE, b/c now we no longer have to play the putting the paci in/her ripping it out game anymore! And lastly....Caroline has a tooth! It has broken through the gums and we can see the top of it and feel the ridges. We have all also felt it when she bites down! So besides all of this, we are dealing with the constant drool, low fever, and pain of teething! She's a trooper though!
Here are some recent pictures of her in the exersaucer from Nana's house.
